Project #1 – Ongoing since 2016
Oil & Gas Well Exploration and Production – Exploration, drilling, and extraction of oil and natural gas in 14 counties located in the Permian Basin in West Texas. A total of potentially 6 wells will be drilled per year in 2016, 2017 and 2018, for a total of 18 wells, of which 16 will be vertical and 2 will be horizontal. The investment cost is $900k as this is a Targeted Economic Area (TEA).

Project #2 – Potential new development
Commercial Real Estate Development – “Shopping Strips” – These retail strips are a real estate investment, they vary in size and location. A typical retail shopping strip will be on a 2 acre lot in a high traffic location, building will be about 15-20,000 SFT. Cost of the project will be $3-5 million. We intend to develop and sell or rent out the commercial shopping plaza. The investment cost will be either $500k for TEA or $1 million for the EB5 investor.
Project #3 – Potential new development
Residential Real Estate Development- “Senior Living Center” -These senior living projects are a real estate investment, they vary in size and location. A typical senior living center will be on a 5 acre lot, with ease of access to hospitals, shopping centers, and other senior community centers. A typical development will be about 60-100 units, total square footage from 80-150k sq. ft.. Cost of the project will be $10-15 million. We intend to develop and sell or outsource the management of the senior living center. The investment cost will be either $900k for TEA or $1.8 million for the EB5 investor.
